The Nisswa PTO and coordinators of the 4th Bloom Fool's Auction Benefit for Nisswa School extend a huge thank you to all the area businesses and individuals who supported the annual fundraiser for Nisswa Elementary School. Despite difficult economic times, this much-anticipated event was, once again, a success, raising valuable funds that will benefit supplemental programs, art curriculum, and educational needs for the children of Nisswa School.
This event would not be possible without the generous product, service and monetary donations from the community. Thank you to all who participated, donated or assisted in any way with these contributions.
We also want to thank everyone who attended the event on April 4 at Grand View Lodge and offered additional support through raffle and/or auction participation. Thank you to each of the students of Nisswa Elementary who produced individual art pieces that became priceless, framed collage art. Thank you to the Nisswa student parents who helped make wonderful, uniquely-themed classroom baskets for raffle, and to the teachers and staff of Nisswa School, who contributed their own unique basket and who, year after year, support this fundraiser with time , energy, creativity and love.
Thank you to the 4th Bloom Fundraiser Committee, which together, planned an exuberant night out for the community! Thank you to Colin "Mac" McDonald for being our emcee. And, of course, the evening would not have been the same without the entertainment by The District. We hope you have as much fun playing the music as everyone does listening or dancing to it. You really do rock!
Thank you to all and see you next year!

Reichert Bus Service
On behalf of all of the veterans and others who testified before the committee at the Capitol (Tuesday), I would like to thank Reichert Bus Service for the donation of the use of one of your buses along with a driver for our trip.
Being a 35-year veteran I came through my service to our country unscathed, but there are many now and many more to come that are going to need a health care center. Hopefully, we will be able to persuade our state elected officials of the need to utilize the former state regional center for this purpose, especially since there are buildings readily available to be set up as a complete health care center.
Again, my sincere appreciation for your generous donation which made it possible for us to go to the Capitol, testify, and arrive home safely in comfort.
