Pawlenty weighs in

Gov. Tim Pawlenty was scheduled to visit one of the Brainerd area's most visible landmarks this morning -- Paul Bunyan.
The governor said Thursday that losing Paul Bunyan would be "a slap in the face to our heritage."
The two statues are expected to be relocated in September if plans for a Kohl's store at the intersection of Highways 210 and 371 proceed.
