Donald S. Alexson

Donald S. Alexson, 72, Brainerd, died Sunday, April 30, 2000, at home.

He was born Dec. 9, 1927, in St. Paul, to Martin and Lois (Kelly) Alexson. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion and the Musician's Union. He was a former member of the Geritol Frolics.

Survivors include his wife, Lois; two sons, Keith and Kevin Alexson, both of Brainerd; and a sister, Cora Sue Bauman, St. Paul.

His parents and a brother died earlier.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery of Camp Ripley with Pastor Lilja Behr officiating. Burial will be in the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery.
