No. 1 dark 13-15 percent protein: 2 to 7 cents higher.
Prices: From 3.57 bid to 4.07
Test weight premiums: 0 to 1 cent each 1/2 pound 58 to 60 lbs; 1 to 2 cent discount for each 1/2 pound 58 to 56 lbs. Non-milling discounts: .85 to 1.75 cents.
Protein prices: 13 percent, 3.57 bid up 7 to 5
14 percent, 3.62 to 3.65 bid up 2 to 5
15 percent, 4.07 up 7 to 2
Hard red winter wheat: 12 percent protein no quote; 13 percent no quote.
