Pioneers pull sweep in golf

PIERZ -- The Pierz Pioneers boys' and girls' golf teams swept a dual meet against the Isle Indians Wednesday at the Pierz Municipal Golf Course.
Chris Boser led the Pierz boys with a medalist effort of 39 strokes for nine holes. Diane Stangle led the girls with a score of 53 to also earn medalist honors.
