Marilyn 'Bunch' R. Davis

DEERWOOD - Marilyn "Bunch" Ruth Davis, age 78, of Deerwood, died Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Aitkin Health Services in Aitkin.

She was born Nov. 22, 1930, in Pipestone, Minn., to Elvin and Ruth (Lessin) Fields. She married Ellis Willard Davis Jan. 25, 1947, in Milbank, S.D.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary (Linda) Davis, Brainerd, and Bill Jr. (Deb) Davis, Deerwood; one daughter and son-in-law, Robin (Dale) Kaiser, Deerwood; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard (Mary Jean) Fields, Woodbury, and Terry (Judy) Fields, Deerwood; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Bill Davis Sr.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Crosby-Ironton Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in the Deerwood Scandia Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
