The Central Lakes College Raiders baseball team improved to 11-7 in the North Division with a doubleheader sweep of Northland Wednesday at Mills Field.
CLC won the opener 3-1 as it scored twice in the first and once in the fourth. Ben Jukich pitched a 4-hit complete game. He struck out eight and walked one.
John Pohlkamp had an RBI double, Jon Reis an RBI groundout and Ara Anderson a 2-out RBI double for the Raiders.
In the second game, James Freese pitched five innings to get the win. He gave up four hits, struck out four, walked two and permitted no earned runs.
Dustin Burkman finished. He allowed two hits, struck out two and walked one.
Reis was 3-for-3 with two RBI. Adam Hardy hit a 2-run homer and finished 2-for-3 with a triple and three RBI.
