ST. PAUL - Little Falls High School graduate Alex Farber won the long jump for the North Central University men's track and field team in the Macalester College Twilight Meet on Wednesday.

With an NCCAA national championship qualifying mark already secured several weeks ago, Farber captured his third long jump victory of the season with a jump of 22-7.25. The winning mark was just less than his career best and NCU record 22-8.5.

Farber, a sophomore, will now prepare for the national championships where he finished third in 2008 and earned him All-American honors.
