Donnelly, Warriors blank Moorhead

MOORHEAD -- Erin Donnelly pitched a complete game, allowing four hits and no earned runs with one walk and five strikeouts, to help the Brainerd Warriors past the Moorhead Spuds 13-0 in non-conference softball Monday.
Brainerd leadoff hitter Lindsey Jourdan drew five walks, stole two bases and scored four runs. Teammate Abby Rehberger went 2-for-3 with two runs and Haley Bower went 2-for-5 with four RBI as the Warriors improved to 4-0.
"Defensively, we really played a solid game and offensively everybody contributed," Brainerd assistant coach Dan Bzdok said.
