Washington Middle School band concert is Thursday

Washington Middle School's band students will present their spring concert at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Tornstrom Auditorium.

Directed by Aliina Simmons and Dean Trzpuc, the sixth-grade band will play "Regal March," "Monster Rock" and "Barbara Ann."

The seventh-grade band, directed by Trzpuc, will conclude the concert with "Surfin' U.S.A.," "First Year Blues," "Royal March" and "Hang on Sloopy."

The concert is free and open to the public.
