One man died following a single-vehicle accident Tuesday in Cass County.
The State Patrol reported James Warner Sr., 43, Deer River, died of a possible heart attack at Itasca Medical Center after his vehicle hit a tree.
The accident report stated Warner was southbound on Highway 6 in Remer when his 1989 Dodge veered across the road and into the east-side ditch, where it eventually hit a tree.
The State Patrol is awaiting the coroner's report to determine the exact cause of death.
