The Brainerd Parks and Recreation Department's youth baseball draft will take place Monday at the Brainerd Public Utilities office located on County Road 48.
The Mustang League draft will begin at 6 p.m.; the Bronco League draft at 6:30 p.m.; and the Pony League draft at 7 p.m.
Openings remain in all three leagues. Players may register at the parks and recreation office, located in Lum Park, during regular business hours.

NCS practice postponed
North Central Speedway postponed its weekend practice and rescheduled it for noon-9 p.m. Wednesday.
The pit admission is $10 and grandstand admission is free.
Graham pitcher of week
Olivia Graham of Central Lakes College has been named the Northern Division softball pitcher of the week ending April 12.
The freshman from Buffalo pitched a seven-inning complete game, striking out seven and walking only one. She also closed two games, pitching a total of three innings, striking out nine and walking only one. She allowed only eight hits for the week and no earned runs.
JV softball wins
Brainerd blanked Sartell 3-0 in a junior varsity softball opener Thursday.
Winning pitcher Chelsea Manton had 11 strikeouts and Alice Widmark was 1-for-3 with a triple
Freshmen softball wins
The Brainerd freshman softball team swept Sartell in Central Lakes Conference action Thursday.
In the first game Nikki Anderson struck out 10 and gave up one hit in a 12-0 win. Carlie Sweet, Chelsey Hanson and Emilee Branum had two hits and Lizzy DeRosier had three hits and scored three runs.
In the second game Sam Holmes and Liz Burnard combined to notch an 11-3 victory. Shalene Cole had three hits, Kate Falen scored two runs and Alyssa Thoennes doubled.
The Warriors host St. Cloud Tech on Tuesday.
JV tennis loses
Bemidji defeated the Brainerd Warriors 5-2 in junior varsity tennis Friday.
Brainerd doubles winners were the teams of Caleb Hill-Kush Patel and Alec Haug-Cuyler VanDerwerker.
