Cities need restoration of aid
During my 30-plus years of service as an elected official of the city of Brainerd, it has been my experience that the members of the city council have continuously worked diligently to keep the cost of running our great city as low as possible. Rising costs have been part of the problem, but most of the increases stem from a change in direction at the state level.
