MILACA (AP) - A woman who helped her boyfriend burn and bury the remains of a Little Falls man has been sentenced to seven years and two months in prison.

Twenty-seven-year-old Casey Jo Oldenburg was sentenced Wednesday in Mille Lacs County District Court for her role in the 2007 death of 21-year-old Lewis Wilczek. She had pleaded guilty to aiding an offender after the fact.

With good behavior and credit for time served, Oldenburg will spend at least the next three years and 10 months in prison.

Her boyfriend, Jeremy Hull, had killed Wilczek in a plot to steal his identity and start a new life. He's serving a life sentence.
