Mill Avenue bridge closed
The Mill Avenue bridge in northeast Brainerd was closed Monday as part of a Crow Wing County project to reconstruct Mill Avenue. Traffic is detoured to Wise Road off Crow Wing County Highway 3 and then back to Brainerd via the Beaver Dam Road and Riverside Drive. The bridge could be closed until late June. Work on Mill Avenue between the bridge and Highway 210 will continue into October with localized detours planned.
