Photo workshops to be presented at CLC

"Picturing IV: On a Ray of Light" workshops will run 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Central Lakes College in Brainerd. Admission is $5 for the public and free for students.

The following workshops will be presented:

* 9-11:30 a.m.: "Photo Op Workshop," Steve Kohls, free to students ages 9 and up.

* 9-10 a.m.: "I Have a Digital Camera! Now What?," Bruce Fuhrman.

* 10:30-11:30 a.m.: "Black & White: When It's Right," Michael Peterson.

* 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Lunch available at CLC cafeteria.

* 12:30-1:30 p.m.: "Writing with Light," Chris Welsch, Star Tribune travel editor.

* 2-3 p.m.: "Scoring the Perfect Shot: On the Field of Sports Photography," Nels Norquist.

* 3:30-4:30 p.m.: "Just Shoot 'Em: Outdoor Photography with Impact," Phil Aarrestad.
