IRONDALE - Cydney Hasselberg shot an 87 to lead the Staples-Motley Cardinals to an eighth-place finish in the 19-team Irondale Invite Monday.

Kelly Hangenson shot a 91 and Hailey Roberts fired a 95.

Warriors' meet postponed

The Central Lakes Conference girls' golf meet in Alexandria scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Monday was postponed to a later date due to poor course conditions.

The next action for the Brainerd Warriors will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Grand View Lodge's Preserve Golf Course as they host the Warrior/Patriot Invite. The second round of the invite is 9 a.m. Friday at Grand View's The Pines.
