BREMERTON, Wash. -- Lois P. Pinsch, 87, of Bremerton, Wash., died of a heart attack at Harrison Hospital.
She was born in Pequot Lakes, Minn., to Hermina (Kramp) and Anton Lund, and graduated from Pequot Lakes High School in 1936.
She married Harold L. Pinsch on Dec. 14, 1940, in Walker, Minn. He preceded her in death in 1999.
She spent 13 years in sales at J.C. Penney Co. and also was a homemaker. She was a member of the Memorial Lutheran Church in Bremerton for 53 years.
She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband, sewing, knitting and gardening. She was a member of the East Bremerton Garden Club for 15 years.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, two sisters and a grandson.
Surviving are two daughters, Joyce Magnusson, of Enumclaw, Wash., and Patricia Harrington, of Bremerton, Wash.; two sisters, Mavis Renner, and her husband, Gene, of Woodbury, Minn., and Beth Engelbarts, and her husband, Chris, of Ledyard, Iowa; three grandchildren, William H. Magnusson, of Buckley, Wash., Carol Magnusson, of Yaounde, Cameroon, Africa, and Denise Harrington, of Bremerton, Wash.; six great-grandchildren, Lacey and Amanda Magnusson, Joseph Faulkner-Harrington, Amanda Stogdill and Tess Upchurch; sisters-in-law Mary Bertrand, Kathleen Pinsch, Irene Myers, Rita Martin and Doris Lund; and many nieces and nephews.
Services were entrusted to Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Bremerton, Wash.
