The Business and Industry Center at Central Lakes College in Brainerd has scheduled a seminar, "Coping With Change in Turbulent Times," Tuesday.
Stress is a stranger to no one. As it increases, stress is often called the equal opportunity destroyer: insomnia, depression and a host of chronic diseases are prime examples. The ever-changing dynamics of our global economy are forcing dramatic changes in the lifestyles of everyone. With change comes stress, yet there are ways to keep your head above water and swim safely to shore.
The presenter is Brian Luke Seaward, an expert in the fields of stress management, mind-body-spirit healing and health promotion. He is an award-winning author, teacher, photographer, celebrated film director/producer and much sought after inspirational speaker, CLC reported.
