Kimberly -- Dennis J. Andybur, 56, Kimberly, died Sunday, April 8, 2001, at home.
He was born Dec. 21, 1944, in Lemay, Mo., to John and Violet (Ladusaw) Andybur. He graduated from St. Louis High School. After high school, he entered the Air Force and served his country for 20 years from 1962-1982. He was an aircraft maintenance superintendent and technician. Most of his service time was spent at KI Sawyer Air Force Base in Michigan. He married Harriet Edwards on Jan. 1, 2000, in Aitkin. He was a member of the Aitkin American Legion, the National Rifle Association and Airplane Aviation.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Matt, Davenport, Iowa; a daughter, Paula Beauchamp, Oceanside, Calif.; his mother, Fenton, Mo.; and two stepsons, Michael Edwards, Crosby, and Nicholas Edwards, Brainerd.
His father died earlier.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Aitkin with Pastor Mark Marston officiating. Military honors provided by Aitkin American Legion will follow services at the church.
