Dorothy Virginia Tanner, 80, Brainerd, died Saturday, April 8, 2000, in Coon Rapids.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol Lee Witsoe, Brooklyn Park; three sons, H. Grant Tanner, Coon Rapids, John Thomas Tanner, East Gull Lake, and James Edward Tanner, Eagan; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Grandy, Johnson City, Tenn.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Coon Rapids United Methodist Church. Burial will be private. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society or Coon Rapids United Methodist Church building fund.
Friends may call at Coon Rapids United Methodist Church an hour before services Tuesday.
