A 24-year-old Aitkin woman and a 26-year-old Bethel man were arrested March 29 at a rural Aitkin residence. In addition, a 33-year-old Isle man and a 27-year-old Isle woman were arrested Monday at a rural Isle residence, the Aitkin County sheriff's office said in a news release Friday.
The Aitkin woman and Bethel man were arrested after a search warrant was executed on a Nordland Township residence. Both were charged with first-degree felony controlled substance crime-manufacture and conspiracy to manufacture; and fifth-degree felony controlled substance crime. The woman also was charged with first-degree controlled substance-manufacture and felony receiving stolen property.
The Mille Lacs County Sheriff's Department assisted the Aitkin sheriff's office in the investigation.
Monday, an Isle woman and man were arrested after a search warrant was executed at an Idun Township residence. They both were charged with conspiracy to commit controlled substance crime-first-degree manufacture; felony controlled substance crime-first-degree manufacture; fifth-degree felony controlled substance crime and endangerment of a child.
In addition, the 33-year-old Isle man was charged with felony receiving stolen property and illegal possession of anhydrous ammonia. Assisting the sheriff's office with this investigation were the Mille Lacs County Sheriff's Department and the Isle Police Department.
