CLC Job Fair draws crowd

The Central Lakes College Job Fair gave nearly 30 businesses and agencies a steady, three-hour flow of applicants as students from Brainerd High School, as well as CLC, checked out the opportunity for employment. Last month CLC held job fairs in Staples for students in the school's Heavy Equipment and Machine Trades programs.

CLC students Jenny Weickert of Perham and Jon West of Little Falls talked to Todd Ness, manager of Madden's Inn at Madden's Resort, about summer jobs. Ness said the resort employs about 450 seasonally (April 15-Oct. 25).
