Pawlenty to speak at Missota Paper

Gov. Tim Pawlenty will attend a celebration Thursday to officially welcome Missota Paper in Brainerd.

The Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development, Minnesota Power, Missota Paper, and Brainerd Lakes Area Development Corp. are planning the event.

Matt Kramer, commissioner of Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development, is also scheduled to attend.

The event begins at 12:30 p.m. At 1 p.m. the scheduled program includes Brainerd Mayor James Wallin, Kramer, Pawlenty and Dan Alexander, Missota Paper president.
