ARRESTS - Arrested a 16-year-old male for fleeing on foot, assaulting a correctional officer, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage consumption of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol and giving a false name/state of birth to a police officer at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday at Quince and South Sixth streets.

Arrested a 31-year-old man for gross misdemeanor probation violation at 11:56 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.

Arrested a 14-year-old male for fifth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process after receiving a report at 5:59 p.m. Monday of an out-of-control juvenile attempting to damage a vehicle at BOYS Port, 1406 Laurel St.

FIRES - Responded to a report of a fire at 4 a.m. Tuesday at Kiwanis Park, 1101 East River Road. Officers located two garbage cans on fire and extinguished the fires. Officers were advised of two male subjects in the area but were unable to locate them. Baxter police assisted.

THEFT - Jessica Lang, 1000 block of Rosewood Street, Monday reported the theft of a tent.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a crash at 2:53 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of West College Drive.

THEFTS - Daniel Meyer, 10000 block of Birchwood Lane, Monday reported the theft of several items out of his vehicle.

Paul Kiel, 10000 block of Johnson Road, Monday reported the theft of a trailer and building supplies.

BURGLARY - Terina Miller, 20000 block of Mollie Lake Road, Monday reported her residence broken into.
