The Marriage of Figaro
The Lakes Area Senior Activity Center is hosting a bus trip to the Ordway Music Theatre to see "The Marriage of Figaro" with departure time at 10 a.m. from Franklin School lot on May 16. Return time is midnight. Cost: $65 for center members and $80 for non-members. Cost of the trip includes coach bus, shopping at Rosedale, pre-performance opera review, show and bus driver tip. Community Education and Brainerd YMCA will present the Children's Art Fair at 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at the Brainerd High School. There will be demonstrations and classes in various art forms for children of grade school age. There will also be entertainment and food available.
