WALKER -- The following appeared recently in Cass County District Court:

Terry Lynn Shipps Sr., 42, Brainerd, was denied a motion to have his case heard in Minnesota courts and was extradited to DeKalb County, Missouri, to face four felony counts of non-support.

Steven Mark Gravett, 45, formerly of Longville, current address unknown, was found in violation of probation he was serving for gross misdemeanor DWI and received execution of the balance of one year jail.

Alton Walter Bebeau, 34, Hackensack, was ordered to serve an additional 30 days work release for violating probation he is serving for gross misdemeanor DWI.
