Cass officials seek help finding Outing woman

OUTING -- The Cass County Sheriff's Department is looking for a 71-year-old Outing woman who walked away from her residence Sunday afternoon.

Annie Williams walked away from her residence, a mile north of Outing on Highway 6, sometime in the afternoon, the sheriff's department reported.

Williams is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 75-80 pounds. Though a picture released by the sheriff's department shows Williams with brown hair, her hair is believed to currently be blond.

UPDATE! 10:10 a.m.

According to a press release from the Cass County Sheriff's Department, Annie Williams has been located at a relative's house in Crow Wing County. She is fine and has returned home.

"She is very fragile and not able to walk far," the sheriff's department reported in a news release.

The sheriff's department is asking anyone who may have given Williams a ride or may have seen her to call (800) 450-2677.
