WALKER -- The following appeared recently in Cass County District Court:

Charles Edward Hammack, 39, Pine River, was sentenced for felony DWI to six months jail, fined $1,000 or equivalent sentence to serve and placed on seven years supervised probation. Consecutively, he will serve one year jail for gross misdemeanor DWI and was fined $500. Concurrently, he will serve the balance of one year jail for violating probation he was serving for gross misdemeanor driving after revocation and DWI.

James Edward Madland, 34, St. Cloud, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after revocation to 10 days jail and 20 days electronic home monitoring, fined $1,000 and placed on two years supervised probation.
