Lawrence Ostrum

PINE RIVER - Lawrence (Larry) Ostrom, 68, of Pine River, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at Golden Living Care Center, Walker. He was born Dec. 25, 1939, in Minneapolis to Miles and Myrtle Ostrum.

A longtime resident of Pine River, Larry lived at the Amarilla House for many years. He was a Minnesota Twins, Vikings and Timberwolves fan, and closely followed Pine River High School sports, attending games and listening to them on the radio.

Larry is survived by his brother, Bob.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, David.

Services will be 2 p.m. on Monday, March 31, at First Lutheran Church, Pine River, with Pastor Bonnie Lomen officiating. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Arrangements with Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
