What's doing

The Brainerd American Legion Post will serve a pancake breakfast from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sunday. There will be all-you-can-eat potato pancakes, regular pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, juice and coffee. Cost: $3.50 for adults and $2 for children under 12.

Eagles joint memorial service

The Brainerd Eagles Aerie and Auxiliary will have a joint memorial service at 2 p.m. Sunday. Aerie members being remembered are Harold Holz, Lyle Hall, Ben Leonard, Robert Danzel, Myron Rasmussen, Donald Buchite, Russell Anderson, Paul Meyer John Kotula and Wayne Ramsdell. Auxiliary members remembered will be Faye Strege, Norma Prescott, Verla Wright, Grace VanSickle, Esther Villnow and Leona Kurz. The drill team will do the floor work. Cake and coffee will be served.
