The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Colin David Borders, 38, Crosby, was sentenced for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 90 days jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

Nicole Anne Pankratz, 28, Emily, was sentenced for insurance fraud and obstruction of the legal process to 60 days jail and placed on 20 years supervised probation.

Shayne Deon Pankratz, 32, Emily, was sentenced for insurance fraud to 120 days jail and placed on 20 years supervised probation.

Robert Scott Anderson, 24, Garrison, was sentenced for third-degree criminal property damage to 15 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Preston David Franzen, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced for offering a forged check to 60 days jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

Derik Shanon Zigmund, 24, Pine River, was sentenced for first-degree possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 48 months prison and fined $100.

Andrhea Lynn Fitch, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage consumption:

Jesse James Marohn, 19, Pillager, was fined $500.

Benjamin Michael Wilson, 20, St. Paul, was sentenced to two days jail and fined $300.
