HACKENSACK -- The conservation easement, as a land and financial planning tool, is a relatively new concept in Minnesota. Learn about the conceptual legal and economic aspects of the conservation easement process from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. April 17 at Union Congregational Church in Hackensack.
A panel consisting of John Vigen, real estate appraiser; Ted Mellby, LLAWF chair; Doug Sandstrom, MN DNR CO; and Beth Davies, volunteer for Minnesota Land Trust and private conservation easement donor, will share information about predesigned conservation easements.
Two CEUs of real estate continuing education will be available for a fee upon request. This program is free to the public.
