THEFTS -- Pam Brittell, 1000 block of Oak Street, reported Saturday the theft of a mountain bike valued at $400 from in front of her residence.
Kathie Cogger, 2000 block of Highway 371 North, reported Sunday theft from her vehicle while it was parked on Quince Street. Missing were CDs, a purse, her driver's license, a Social Security card and a bank card, all valued at about $600.
A 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were cited for misdemeanor theft for not paying their bill at Perkins Family Restaurant. The 17-year-old was also cited for giving false information to the police officer.
Anthony Boyer, 1000 block of Quince Street, reported the theft of his bicycle valued at $329 from East Gate Trailer Park.
VANDALISM -- Trista Moede reported Sunday someone had keyed her vehicle while it was parked in the J.C. Penney parking lot.

THEFTS -- The Crow Wing County Highway Department reported Friday the theft of a 500-pound cylinder and a burner. Both were taken from the Deerwood garage.
Brian Glenz, Emily, reported Friday the theft of tools from one of his sheds, and a radio from one of his buildings.
Michael Williams reported Friday the theft of a Cragun's Resort advertising billboard from Highway 371 by County Road 77. The sign is valued at $800.
Shawn Osbornsen, Pequot Lakes, reported Sunday his vehicle was stolen from the Butcher Block Steakhouse on Saturday. The vehicle was recovered in Yellow Medicine County.
Mark Kelm, 3000 block of Gull Lake Dam Road, reported Sunday a theft from his vehicle while parked at Checkered Flag. He was missing a CB radio, a cell phone, a bag containing cassette tapes and wallets.
BURGLARIES -- Douglas Page, Manhattan Beach, reported his garage was broken into Friday. He is missing fishing rods and reels, tools, locators and chain saws.
Arliss Bement reported Saturday a burglary to her residence in the 1000 block of Highway 210 Northeast.
Bruce Lunde, Burnsville, reported Saturday a burglary to a cabin off of County Road 19.
VANDALISM -- Tammy Marschalek, Fifty Lakes, reported Saturday someone had peeled paint from the hood of her vehicle.
Harold Lachelt, 7000 block of Gull Road West, reported his tires were slashed and some concrete ornaments were damaged at Acorn Nursery on Highway 371 North.
Moe's U-Haul and Sale on Highway 371 North reported seven tires on vehicles had been slashed over the weekend.
