George Knutson
PEQUOT LAKES - George Knutson, age 95, of Pequot Lakes, passed away Monday, March 17, 2008, at his home. He was born April 15, 1912, in Pequot Lakes to Christian and Anna Knutson. He married Rosellyn Risnes on April 15, 1939.
He is survived by his wife, Rosellyn; children, Larry Knutson (Maxine), of Ideal Corners, Lonnie Knutson, of Brainerd; sister, Ester Nemes, of Minneapolis; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Dorothy Evans, Agnes Wagner, Elsie Pihlstrom, Iver Knutson, Harley Knutson, Leo Knutson and Vesta Hasbrouck.
Memorials may be given to Our Savior's Lutheran Church or Lutheran Social Services.
Services will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Pequot Lakes, with the Rev. David Stevens officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are with Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes.
