ACCIDENT

PIERZ -- A 20-year-old Hillman man was reported in stable condition after his pickup rolled into a river in Pierz.

About 8 p.m. Thursday Cody Sullivan was driving southbound on Park Avenue in Pierz when he lost control of his pickup, which rolled into a river, the Morrison County Sheriff's Department reported.

Emergency crews were able to get Sullivan out of his vehicle and he was transported to St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls, where a hospital spokeswoman said he was in stable condition.

A sheriff's department dispatcher late Thursday was unable to identify name of the river into which Sullivan's vehicle rolled.
