Les Sellnow, editor of The Brainerd Daily Dispatch for the past 10 years, formally announced his resignation today. He has accepted a position as business manager of Strutz Kentucky Park, an Arabian horse complex near Louisville, Ky.

Ed Tonish, principal at Franklin Junior High School here, has accepted a position as principal of the Broomfield Junior High School at Broomfield, Colo. Tonish has been in Brainerd for the past 16 years. He served as football coach for a time.

School boy cagers will start the shooting at Thief River Falls late today which will wind up Saturday with qualifying of the last eight regional champions for the Minnesota High School Tournament. Bemidji is favored as meets start.

Louis Hohman has opened up his new store on Sixth Street. He has one of the handsomest confectionery stores in the northern part of the state and the wish of the young gentleman's friends is that he will be rushed with business all the time.
