IRONTON - Cuyuna Range Housing Inc. is hosting its annual meeting at 7:30 p.m. April 3 in the lounge area of the Ironton Terrace Apartments in Ironton for members.
Members who paid $50 or more will be entitled to one vote on each proposal. Officers will be elected at the meeting for a one-year term. Any business pertinent to the running of an efficient corporation will be considered at the meeting.
The regular meeting of the corporation, which is open to the public, will begin at 7 p.m. in the board room of the corporation at the Ironton Terrace Apartments.

Rehabilitation funds available for residents
Rehabilitation funds are available for households in southeast Brainerd through a program sponsored by the Central Minnesota Housing Partnership, the city of Brainerd and the Brainerd Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
CMHP has low-interest loans accessible for homes that need work on windows, doors, furnace, roof and paint as well as electrical and plumbing items.
All households seeking rehabilitation funds need to qualify by income. Income levels: one person, $23,160; two, $26,460; three, $29,760; four, $33,060; five, $35,700; and six, $38,400.
Time is limited and funds will run out soon. For homeowners who exceed the income guidelines, other home improvement programs are available.
