That old adage, "It's never too late," has been proved once again. Every Wednesday morning, a group of elderly ladies gathers upstairs at the Music General. Their purpose is to tap dance. They're all eagerly learning under the patient, capable guidance of Susan Kuhn.

Doray Frid was selected president of the Brainerd Women's Golf Association for 1978. Marion Willis was chosen vice president, Linda Esser, secretary and Alice Benson, treasurer.

A caravan of Brainerd basketball fans is on the way to Moorhead hoping that they will be able to cheer the Warriors on to victory over the Moorhead Spuds in the Region 6 championship game tonight.

Butter prices went up six cents per pound in the Brainerd wholesale market today. Butter wholesale today was selling at 94 cents per pound for first grade.

The Rebekah Lodge had a basket social on Saturday evening. A large crowd was in attendance and a very enjoyable time was spent. A delicious lunch was served for 15. They cleared over $26 and feel very much elated over their success.
