Names have been released for the passengers in the one-vehicle rollover Tuesday in Todd County that left one man dead.

The crash was reported at 1:40 a.m. on County Highway 23 in Bartlett Township. The vehicle was traveling north when the driver, Scott Allen Denny, 48, Raymond, lost control of the vehicle. The Todd County Sheriff's office reported the vehicle slid sideways into the ditch and began to roll. Scott Denny was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

Scott Denny was an uncle of the passengers who are cousins, the Todd County Sheriff's office reported.

Passengers Joshua Denny, 22, of Verndale and Justin Denny, 22, of Atwater were transported to Tri-County Hospital in Wadena and treated for injuries.

The Wadena Police Department, Wadena County Sheriff's office, Hewitt and Verndale fire rescue units assisted at the scene.
