Hackensack home offered to qualified buyers
HACKENSACK -- Bi-County CAP Inc. is taking applications for qualified families to buy a two-bedroom home in Hackensack with the Minnesota Urban and Rural Homesteading program.
Applicants must meet program requirements and eligibility criteria.
Eligible applicants include:
* Individuals and families who are "at risk," such as homeless, receiving public assistance or who would otherwise be unable to afford home ownership without this program.
* Individuals and families who are first-time homebuyers (have not owned a home in the last three years).
* Individuals and families who meet the household income limits. And applicants must have completed a Home Stretch training program.

Edina Realty agents gain awards
Edina Realty recently held its annual Circle Awards breakfast honoring agents based on sales volume for 2002.
