The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Joshua Michael Utz, 26, Staples, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Michael Patrick Daly, 29, Merrifield, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to one year jail and ordered to pay $1,010 in fines and fees.

Stephanie Renee Kreller, 21, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $610 in fines and fees.

Kevin Alan Wood, 48, White Bear Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 77 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,135 in fines and fees.

Jonathon Andrew Larson, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Carl Douglas Smith, 23, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Gerald Wade Nickaboine, 37, Isle, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,135 in fines and fees.

Michael Brian Stanford, 31, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Mark Bernhoff Johnson, 42, Deerwood, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 10 days jail, 30 days electronic monitoring, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,135 in fines and fees.

Michael Scott Swearingen, 38, St. Cloud, was sentenced for two counts of felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of felony fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct to a total of 150 months prison and ordered to pay $160 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Christopher Anthony Gack, 20, East Gull Lake, was fined $577.

Colin Clement Binsfeld, 18, Baxter, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

Kacie Elizabeth Garbow, 21, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $377 in fines and fees.

Nadia Bailla Thorgrimsen, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $277 in fines and fees.

Tonya Rae Wermager, 18, Nisswa, was placed on one year supervised probation.

Nicholas Michael Green, 18, Merrifield, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

Brea Kathleen Milan, 20, Faribault, was ordered to pay $50 in fines and fees.
