Henry P. Munsch

Henry P. "Hank" Munsch, 93, 2723 Oak St., Brainerd, died Saturday, March 11, 2000, at the Brainerd Manor.

He was born Aug. 2, 1906, in Yellow Medicine County to Nichklas and Wilhelmina (Rosenfeldt) Munsch. He married Hazel Christine Paulson in May 1937 in Brainerd. They farmed in the Brainerd area for many years until their retirement. She died Nov. 24, 1994.

Survivors include two sons, Harvey Munsch and James Munsch, both of Brainerd; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

His wife, six brothers and four sisters died earlier.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Brainerd, with Pastor Brian Wermager officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Lutheran Cemetery, rural Brainerd. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home, Brainerd, and for one hour before services Wednesday at the church.
