The Ambassadors 4-H club recently met at the Brainerd Public Library. They discussed officer training, fun night, Share the Fun, MAVA and the haunted house. Fun night at the Hallett Center will be March 23. Share the Fun will be April 28. The next meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. today at the Brainerd Public Library.

The Bay Lake Buccaneers 4-H club recently met at the Lofquist home. Hosting the meeting were Shirley and Vanessa Lofquist. Vanessa Lofquist gave a demonstration on how to make a jello cake and decorated it. Shirley Lofquist talked about citizenship and discusses how to be a better citizen. Project deadlines, ethics program, Gardening Expo and the food drive were discussed. Food drive is planned for the March meeting. Awards were passed out to members for last year. The next meeting will be 7:30 p.m. March 18 at the Gina Sullivan home.

The Black Bear 4-H club recently met at Nisswa City Hall. Hosting the meeting was Cindy Terwilliger. Topic of discussion was the float. Heard a presentation about dogs who help blind people.

The Cloverleaf 4-H club recently met at Oak Lawn Town Hall. Demonstrations and projects talks were given by Nate Hillman, archery; Tyler Hillman, homemade fishing decoys; Sarah Stevens, swine ear tags; Kayla Nelson, rock polishing; Paige Beckel, fishing lures; and Grace Beckel, craft. A community project with committee, livestock meetings, communication arts contest and Share the Fun were all discussed.

The Daggett Brook 4-H club recently met at Daggett Brook Town Hall. Demonstrations and project talks were given by Danielle Johnston, hunting trip talk; Chad Edelman, Christmas present; Tyler Edelman, race car; Kyle Bednar, demo on French salad dressing; Cody Nelson, demo on how to tie a fisherman's knot; Amanda Moe, show a pig; Shelby Schubert, helping someone who fainted; and Bridget Bednar, demo on how to dress a baby and a talk about sheep. Barnyard frenzy was discussed.

The Explorers 4-H club recently met at the Nazarene Church. Hosting the meeting was the McGuire family. Kavan, Jessica and Bryan Myers presented obedience. Share the Fun, getting notebooks for records and having someone help with Parliamentary Procedure were discussed. The next meeting will be 10:30 a.m. today at the Nazarene Church.

The Long Lake Beavers 4-H club recently met at Long Lake Town Hall. Hosting the meeting was the Adairs. Junior leaders conducted a Cloverbud activity before the meeting. Fun night at the Hallett Center, Share the Fun, Communication arts and the 4-H Centennial were discussed.

The Ripley Raiders 4-H club recently met at St. Mathias Park. Hosting the meeting was Joan Koering and family. "A million lives touched" pledge card was discussed. The next meeting will be 6:30 p.m. March 20 at St. Mathias Park.

The Wolf Creek/Ripley Raiders recently met at Crow Wing County Courthouse basement. The Horse Expo, 4-H trips, overnight trail ride and club shirts were discussed.
