LITTLE FALLS -- Two men were arrested Friday after equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine was found in their vehicle during a routine traffic stop.
The two men, a 23-year-old Foley man and a 20-year-old Hillman man, were charged in Morrison County District Court Monday with first-degree conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime.
The arrests happened about 11 p.m. Friday after a Little Falls police officer stopped the two men because of an equipment violation in the 20-year-old's pickup, Chief Mike Pender said.
Inside the vehicle officers found cooking materials and equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine, as well as trace amounts of the narcotic and drug paraphernalia, said Pender.
