Police arrest PL man after boy found in car
ST. CLOUD - Police in St. Cloud arrested a Pequot Lakes man Wednesday on a warrant after finding his 3-year-old son asleep in a parked car.
Everett W. Seals, 25, was taken to Stearns County Jail where he was released after posting bail Wednesday night.

Police were called to St. Cloud Public Library shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday to check on a child in a vehicle in the parking lot. The boy was sleeping in a car seat in the back seat of the vehicle. The doors were locked and the vehicle was not running.
Officers were unable to find the boy's caregiver inside the library. They unlocked the vehicle and got the boy out.
An hour later, police arrested the father on a Ramsey County warrant for theft.
The boy was not hurt. The police report says he was placed in the care of social services.
