John E. Christensen

AITKIN - John "Jack" E. Christensen, age 81, of Aitkin, died Monday, March 2, 2009, at his home in Aitkin.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 7, 2009, at 1 p.m. from St. John's Lutheran Church at Cedarbrook with the Rev. Sandy Berg Holte officiating. Interment will be in the St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials are preferred to St. John's Lutheran Church Scholarship Fund. Military honors will be provided by the Aitkin VFW and American Legion Posts. Arrangements are with the Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin.
