KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Jacob Jensen had nine points and six rebounds as the Lake Region Christian School Hornets lost to Eagle Heights, Mo., 62-42 in the final round of the National Association of Christian Schools boys' basketball tournament Saturday.
Eric Bolduc added six points and six assists for LRCS and Ben Grotzke collected six points and six rebounds.
Benjamin Lee had 27 points and Jeff Hammer 20 to lead Eagle Heights, which built a 45-21 halftime lead. Hammer made 6 of 6 attempts from behind the arc in the first half.
Jensen was named to the all-tournament team. Bolduc made the all-sportsmanship team.
Earlier in the tournament, LRCS lost to Oklahoma City 73-44 and Berean 59-56.
Jensen also made the Minnesota Association of Christian Schools all-conference team. Bolduc and Skog were named to the second team.
