A housing development in Brainerd will be part of the Building Better Neighborhoods program through the Central Minnesota Housing Partnerships.
A portion of Woodridge of Dumbeck Estates in Brainerd will be part of the program that will offer finance and entry assistance to eligible buyers seeking the comforts of home.
Income qualified first-time buyers are able to use three lending resources to buy a new home in Woodridge. Lower interest rate loans, down payment, closing cost assistance and gap financing may all be available to lower a buyer's monthly payment to make it affordable to buy a new home.
Homes will be available this spring. To find out more about the program contact Jason Krebsbach at CMHP at 1-888-203-9301.
