Safe food handling workshops set in Wadena, Long Prairie

Workshops offering practical suggestions on handling, preparing, storing and serving food safely will be offered in Wadena and Long Prairie.

Cooking for Crowds: Safe Food Handling Workshop will run 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 31 at Wadena-Deer Creek High School in Wadena and April 7 at Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School in Long Prairie.

Cost is $10 per person. Pre-registration is required.
